D.lgs. 231/2001-The liability of Institutions
With law n. 300 of 2000, about the ratification of international acts, the Government has been delegated for the introduction of the principle of liability of institutions. Running the delegation has been issued the Decree. 8 June 2001, no. 231, entered into force on 4/7/2001. Responsibility applies to all collective bodies (excluding the State, local governments and other not economic public bodies) though not endowed with legal personality.
